New owners of the mall "Markovo tepe" have given an assurance that in 9-10 months the work on the construction of the building will be completed. The municipality questioned the underground parking - it could be used not only by customers of the shopping center, but also by other citizens - as visitors to nearby Tsar Simeon's Garden. Most likely, this proposal will be accepted and part of the parking lot will be open to the public. So far, however, it's not clear whether the parking will be free or paid, as the decision will be taken by the new investors of the mall.
